One model of unmatched performance, strength and reliability.  Designed for use in smaller areas or for where a ride-on machine is unsuitable this model has all the technical characteristics of our larger units.
 
In common with all Dulevo machines, the model 52 gives the perfect sweeping results that can be assured with the Dulevo direct-throw system.
 
The collection system starts with the side broom which transfers dust and debris into the centre of the machine where a large diameter cylindrical main broom throws everything forward into the waste hopper.
 
Fine dust is also drawn directly into the hopper by a powerful vacuum system which is created by a high efficiency fan, a special heavy duty polyester filter ensuring that only clean air is exhausted back into the environment.
 

Walk-Behind sweepers with all the advantages of larger Dulevo models

The direct-throw sweeping system. The most efficient. Sweeps any type of debris, from the finest dust o the larger, heavier debris you find around the workplace.  The waste hopper, which is placed immediately in front of the main broom ensures perfect sweeping results even when the broom is nearing the end of its useful life.  Adjustment of the main broom pressure is made from the operating position and not only optimizes the sweeping results on uneven surfaces but helps to extend brush life.   The filter system, made from rot-proof polyester Designed to filter even the finest dust (down to 3 micron), ensures that this is the ideal machine for those industrial environments with a high concentration of fine particles.  Thanks to its special design the filter guarantees the maximum filter surface area possible (2.5 sq.m for the 52) in such a small space, reducing dramatically the time required for filter shaking.  Easy to dismantle and clean, the filter rarely requires changing and ensures that this filter system saves both time and money.   An effective filter shaking system. Vigorously shaking the filter elements in various directions ensures that all the dust is separated from the filter fabric, and then falls into the waste hopper.  This system gives long operating periods between dismantling and manual cleaning of the elements.   Shock resistant side broom The side broom is resistant to impact and its mechanism is mounted within the profile of the machine for maximum protection.   High capacity vacuum fan Positioned within the engine compartment the performance is comparable with our larger models.   Transmission This model equipped with infinitely variable forward transmission.   Environmentally friendly Dulevo?s filter system is designed to prevent dust (down to 3 micron) from escaping into the atmosphere.  To meet environmental requirements this machine is available in battery powered.   Safety as a design philosophy Designed to meet the highest safely standards, the machine complies with CEE 89/392 requirements.   Ease of maintenance To simplify maintenance the machine has been designed with easy access to the power unit and all major components.   Larger capacity hopper With an effective capacity of 45 litres on the 52, the waste hopper is simple to remove from the machine.   Chassis strength The chassis is manufactured from high quality electro welded steel for maximum strength, the complete unit is coated with a special primer and finished in a tough polyurethane paint.
